- Exchanges are not allowed.
- You can fully return the item and place an order for the new product.
- The item/s needed to be refunded should be in the same condition as how it was delivered to the customer.
- In case of refund, the shipping fees of the original order and the shipping fees for picking up the item from the customer, will be deducted unless there was a defect in the product, or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen.
- The refund process takes 10 working days.
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to claim any defect.
