Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your color and size, tap Add to cart or Buy it now, then complete your name, phone number and full address at checkout. You can also order directly on WhatsApp at +20 104 143 7357.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Delivery
Do you deliver all over Egypt?
Yes, we deliver to every governorate in Egypt. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7 working days. The delivery time starts the day after you place your order, as long as your phone number and full address (building number, street, area and city) are complete.
My order is late. Who do I contact?
If you have not received your order within 7 working days, message our delivery team on WhatsApp at +20 106 670 1446.
Returns & exchanges
Can I exchange an item for another size or model?
Exchanges are not available. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or model you want.
How do returns and refunds work?
The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in. The original shipping fee and the pickup fee are deducted from the refund, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong model or size. Refunds take 10 working days. See our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my item has a defect?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to report any defect. Send us your order number and a photo on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
Sizes & products
How do I choose the right size?
Tap Find your size on any product page and enter your height and weight, or check our Size Guide. Still not sure? Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will recommend a size.
An item I like is sold out. Will it be back?
Some styles are restocked and new ones arrive all the time. Follow us on Instagram or ask us on WhatsApp about a specific piece.
Do the colors look the same as in the photos?
We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible, but colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
