Exchanges

Exchanges are not allowed. If you would like a different size or model, you can return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the product you want.

Return conditions

Items returned for a refund must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.

Shipping fees on returns

When an item is refunded, the shipping fee of the original order and the fee for picking up the item from you will be deducted from the refund amount, unless:

• the product has a defect, or
• we sent you a different model or size than the one you ordered.

Defective items

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to report any defect.

Refund time

The refund process takes 10 working days.

Send us your order number, the item you want to return and the reason on WhatsApp at +20 109 057 4650. For a defect or a wrong item, please include a photo.
